About Kelly:

Kelly grew up in a full house with her single mother who doubled as a medical intensive care unit nurse. Although her family may not have been the stereotypical “arts” family, Kelly grew to be an actor in her own right. No, she never spent time backstage with her mother and siblings bobby-pinning her hair into oblivion, but she did have a very supportive front row of relatives that somehow always forgot that pictures and videos weren't allowed. Staying true to her persistent nature, Kelly has completed the biggest step in the pursuit of happiness thus far; graduating from The Chicago College of Performing Arts with her BFA in Acting. 

Kelly loves a challenge, and her favorite roles to play are those of  nuanced, messy characters. Her dream role is Blanche DuBois, someone impossibly complicated in nature. In terms of film work, Kelly has always had a great admiration for the horror and drama genre. Her favorite movie of all time is The Truman Show, and her ultimate goal is to someday be a part of a cult classic that moves people in the way that film moved her.

When Kelly is not practicing, you can find her advocating for harm reduction in addiction awareness, broadening her extensive platform shoes collection, and planning her next Halloween costume.
